My most popular style of personal training session incorporates the fitness elements of boxing and athletics training. This includes running, skipping, strength and conditioning, pad work and shadow boxing. The exact combination of these elements will depend on your goals.
For those more interested in developing boxing skills, I offer boxing fundamentals sessions where we can work towards improving your boxing skill and ability.
I typically train my clients in their local parks, across London and Hertfordshire. I can also offer sessions in my East London gym, or in clients' own homes or gardens.
